Contract & Attorney Services
Issue Spotting and Case Analysis
Do you need help reviewing a tricky case? Need an extra set of eyes on criminal history? Not sure if the facts might lend themselves to a U or a T visa? Want to go through client cases to see if they have additional risk of enforcement or can file a Motion to Reopen? I can assist with initial case review, brainstorming, and any tricky issues that arise - whether it is a one-time need for a private attorney, an ongoing need for technical assistance for a non-profit, or anything in between.
Declaration Assistance
Do you need someone to sit down with your clients, get all the necessary (and unknown!) information, and draft it into a coherent declaration that doesn’t just regurgitate facts but instead persuasively demonstrates how your client meets their burden of proof? I can help with declarations for U Visa, T Visa, asylum, and more.
General Casework Assistance
Whether you need help with preparing forms, reviewing packets, drafting motions or cover letters, or responding to RFEs, I am happy to take on assignments of discrete tasks to help move your cases along. Note that I will not enter a G-28 or E-28 for clients in these cases, and that limited client contact is recommended for general casework assistance so as to not cause confusion.
Trainings and Events
I am available to help with trainings, webinars, and community events. I love teaching and helping others learn about new forms of relief and increase their skills. Whether you need a specialized webinar, a speaker for a larger event, or one-on-one time for an attorney learning a new area of law, I can help.
